To ensure the slab's longevity and stability, the team first built up the land and compacted the soil to nearly 100% compaction. This essential step creates a solid foundation that can handle the weight of the structure and prevent any shifting or settling over time. Once the land was properly prepped, the crew installed a sewer line and poured concrete piers, followed by the concrete slab with footers.

Finishing the project, Rough Cuts Construction placed rip rap around the foundation to prevent erosion, safeguarding the structural integrity of the slab.
