Rough Cuts Construction LLC recently completed a variety of projects on one property in Oakland, Arkansas, creating a cohesive and beautiful outdoor space. The work included a clean garage slab, stone steps, flagstone pavers, a retaining wall, and a porch—all made from Cottonwood Cream stone. The unique aspect of this project was that the stone required no cutting; we only chiseled some pieces to ensure a better fit. This allowed for a natural and seamless look that enhanced the beauty of the outdoor area.

Additionally, the decorative concrete was colored with two layers, starting with a base color and followed by an antique finish for depth and character. To protect the concrete, we used a premium sealer from TK Products, a trusted brand offering a range of sealers for various concrete surfaces. The sealer we applied on the garage slab contains a special formula of chlorinated rubber and epoxy, which not only cures and seals the surface but also provides a durable, glossy sheen. The result is a long-lasting and visually stunning surface that adds to the overall appeal of the property.
